This system is closely linked to the production of oil since it uses its waste as raw material.
Thanks to cavitation, it is possible to naturally eliminate a good part of the antinutrients present, treat the waste resulting from the processing of the oil and, at the same time, mix them together until obtaining a homogeneous paste that, appropriately processed in an excavator, can be transformed into small delicious and nutritious food pellets or transformed into food for a large number of different animals.
The pellet or flour feed production line that we design is extremely flexible. Thanks to the basic ingredients resulting from the processing of the oil, by varying the doses, we can adjust the content of proteins, fats, mineral salts and all the other vitamin substances or microelements in general, thus making the feed specific for poultry, sheep and livestock or for use in fish farming.
The system has automatic control of the processing speeds to adapt to the characteristics of the raw materials, improving their selection and reducing waste of ingredients.
The raw materials arrive at the mill and are stored individually in special silos.
At the entrance they are sieved and sifted to eliminate all external and harmful bodies.
They are then finely chopped, dosed, mixed and homogenized with a ribbon mixer, then the resulting mixture is granulated or left in the form of flour.
The last part concerns packaging and storage in the warehouse.
