The phases of our process in bioplastic production.
delignation
- with cavitation we obtain an aqueous solution. In each cycle we put a reagent or reused waters
- we store several full cycles on a tank then we add a second reagent we send the full reservoir to a solid liquid separator to eliminate the lignin
- after the centrifuge, we obtain 7,5% of lignin free solid which we remix with water
- the used water with reagent will be stored to reuse for all day long taking advantage of the chemicals present on it.
whitening
- We add ozone on cavitation for aqueous solution. We will use as many cavitation cycles until the previous filled tank will be empty.
- we store several full cycles on a tank then we add a reagent
- we send the full reservoir to a solid liquid separator to eliminate water and coloring substances
- after the centrifuge, we obtain from the solid fraction 65% of color free which we remix with water and a reagent
- the used water with reagent will be stored to reuse for a full day cycle
acid hydrolysis
- after cavitation we get an aqueous solution. We will store several cycles in the same tank until it is filled
- we store several full cycles on a tank
- we send the full reservoir to a solid liquid separator to eliminate everything except pure nano cellulose
- after the centrifuge, we obtain 13,44 kg of bioplastic
The used water with reagent will be deactivated with other used water and stored before reused
Every 2 days we clean bioplastic adding water and reagent, after we use a solid liquid separator
We do not have to proceed with further reclamation of the water as the chemicals introduced cancel each other out.
