We own the know-how of all three main types of plasma torches based on ionized gas:
Non-transferred arc - are torches in which the plasma arc is generated between the two electrodes that constitute the torch. It is a very suitable system for great caloric power’s organic filler materials from which it is possible, once felled pouncing and present impurities, get a good quality syngas suitable to generate an excellent amount of electricity, steam and methanol or other chemicals.
Transferred arc - are torches in which the plasma arc is produced through an electric arc, also said plasma arc, which extends from the torch (cathode), to the material to be destroyed, which makes it the same as the anode of the system. This system is more suitable to processing of metals, asbestos, inert materials, with little creation of energy or chemicals and production of a large quantity of vitrified waste.
Induction electrode - are torches in which the plasma arc is obtained using a combination of different gases simultaneously; this system is optimal for radioactive materials disposal. |
